The flywheel slicers B114 and B116 are the new version of the famous “Berkel red slicers”. They have some parts made in painted aluminium and some others in stainless steel. These models have integrated sharpener and a traditional slice thickness regulator characterised by an extremely precise mechanical movement. Conceived to slice all kinds of salami and cooked meats, they are specially built for the most renowned hams and salami, being also ideal for professional and heavy duty use. On demand all the versions can be provided with red stand (height: 850 mm). They are available not only with old classic “Berkel red” but also in classic créme, black and, on request, can be made in any other colour to match style and colour of any shop
