- Especially studied short mincing mouths to prevent product overheating.
- Oil-bath gear box with hardened steel helical gears.
- Controls with standard reverse. Mincers come complete with self-sharpening stainless steel plates and knives. CE approved versions with 24 V controls and normal versions for non-EC countries are available as well.
