Recipe Power is an advanced WINDOWS™ based system that is suitable for all recipe, formulation and batch weighing operations, in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and general industrial applications. The Recipe Formulation System offers the widest choice of control, monitoring and report routines such as an automatic scaling of recipes, campaign weighing, production scheduling and lot number control.

DP M725 Data Handling Solutions
DP provides a system that is designed to monitor the effective usage of product in the manufacturing process, to calculate yield and to improve profitability. The wizard function enables the system to be tailored to meet the customer requirements, this enables the customer to report and monitor material cost in a way that will suit the business. This is done by monitoring raw materials in and specifically waste materials out, identifying inefficient operations and the associated costs enabling preventative measures to be taken to reduce costs. Look up tables can be created for up to eight data fields applicable to the operation in question.

Data Terminals

The Data Terminals are fully programmable indicators that can offer a solution to a customer from simple weighing to total process control.Typical applications include liquid bag and bulk filling, checkweighing and yield analysis and stock control. Multiple serial channels enable the indicator to be connected to a wide range of peripheral devices including computers, PLC’s, printers, bar code  readers and remote displays.

The indicator is compatible with most load cells and weighing devices. Operator interface is easy using the robust tactile keyboard with a high intensity character display.

MI LookUp

Avery Weigh-Tronix MI LookUp is designed to simplify the process of weight-based counting.

MI Lookup provides a part number based, piece weight look-up database that allows users to receive and issue parts from one or more counting scales, while keeping information about the entire inventory on one shared PC.

The software features a full status screen displaying information about which scales are on-line or off-line and the active part number currently being searched along with part number and transaction database details. The system also provides access to powerful tools to allow report generation; backup; password protection and scale setup.

Weighcount

A shop floor data collection system that enables the reporting of count, weight or measure of bulk quantities of a particular product and printed recorded transactions. The system is configurable to meet most customer requirements.

PC Management Systems

Bespoke PC systems can be written to meet customer requirements dependent on the production of a specification requirement submitted.
